We’ve been using this swooper flag for a few months now, and it‘s been fantastic! The nylon has held up nicely to some decent winds and the colors are nice and vibrant. The setup is quick and easy, and the flag is very effective at catching attention. It’s perfect if you have a spot to stake it into the ground. However, I highly recommend investing in a swooper flag base or a truck mount for added versatility, especially when you can‘t secure it directly in the ground (asphalt). Overall, a great addition to any food truck business!

I requested and received for free this Base Stand two weeks ago to test it and give my honest opinion. I've tried it out over the past four days and here are my first impressions. LARGE, light when empty, about 40 pounds when filled with water. I had this outside empty the day before I went to set it up with our new patio umbrella. It had rained the night before and when I went to pick it up there was water sloshing around in it. I could not figure out how water got into the sealed base and this worried me that there had to be a leak somewhere in the construction. I filled it half way, no leaks anywhere, I fill it completely, no leaks. I'm not certain how water got into it from the rain, but there were no leaks with water getting out or problems when I filled it. Recommend.. We will be using water instead of sand because it is all around easier to fill and empty when using water.

Attention-grabbers are a vital part of attracting people to open house events, and this 8 Ft Open House Flag with Pole Kit and Ground Stake is a highly visible way to announce your listing to the neighborhood. At 8 ft in height, this bright, clearly printed flag is a welcome & effective addition to my marketing signage.The assembly/installation instructions are printed on the bottom of the box in which it arrived, and while it's pretty easy to put together, the pole sections do not fit tightly together and come apart easily. This is the only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.So far, I haven't found this to be an issue, even on a moderately windy day. I may look for a way to modify the connections so that they fit snugly - perhaps thin rubber strips adhered to the "male" connection points. Everything is figureoutable, after all. Regardless of this hopefully minor issue, I'm well-pleased with this 8 Ft Open House Flag with Pole Kit and Ground Stake and look forward to using it at my next listing event!

Easy to put together, and take down. The sign was visible from road and help with directing people to my yard sale. Storage bag helpful to keep up with all parts. Stake is heavy, do not drop on foot.
